Joyful Journeys BVI is a locally owned baby and kids gear rental service that helps traveling families lighten their load by providing clean, safe, and high-quality essentials—like cribs, strollers, car seats, and toys—delivered straight to their vacation rental or hotel. What makes us unique is our personal touch, attention to detail, and commitment to making family travel in the BVI as stress-free and joyful as possible.

Baby and Kids Gear Rental – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Joyful Journeys BVI. To ensure a smooth and safe rental experience, please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order.

    • Rental charges are based on daily or weekly rates.
    • The rental period begins on the agreed delivery date and ends on the agreed pick-up date.
    • Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

    • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
    • We accept payments via [insert accepted methods – credit card, cash, online payment, etc.].
    • Bookings are subject to availability and should be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery.

    • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the delivery date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the delivery date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for early returns.

    • We deliver and pick up gear to hotels, villas, Airbnb locations, and ferry terminals on Tortola and nearby islands.
    • Please ensure someone is present at the agreed time/location or provide property access instructions.
    • Missed delivery or pick-up windows may result in additional fees.

    • All items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before delivery.
    • Equipment is intended for normal use under adult supervision.
    • Renter is responsible for ensuring items are used safely and as intended.

    • Renter is liable for loss, damage beyond normal wear and tear, or missing parts.
    • A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned excessively soiled (e.g., food stains, diaper accidents, etc.).
    • In case of significant damage or loss, replacement fees may be charged.

    • Joyful Journeys BVI is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of rental items.
    • It is the renter’s responsibility to inspect equipment upon delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns.

    • Please do not attempt to disassemble or repair rental items.
    • Ensure all items are returned in the same condition they were received.
    • Any misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.
